ซินเจียยู่อี่ ซินนี่ฮวดไช้ ใกล้เทศกาลวันตรุษจีน หรือวันขึ้นปีใหม่ของชาวจีนแล้ว เชื่อว่าหลาย ๆ คนที่เป็นคนไทยเชื้อสายจีน คงจะตื่นเต้นกันไม่น้อย เพราะช่วงเวลานี้ เป็นช่วงที่จะได้พบกับญาติมิตรที่ไม่เจอหน้ากันมานาน และบางคนก็อาจได้รับอั่งเปาของขวัญจากผู้หลักผู้ใหญ่ที่นับถือ แต่ในเมื่อนี่คือวันขึ้นปีใหม่ของชาวจีนทั้งที หลาย ๆ บ้านก็คงจะมีธรรมเนียมปฏิบัติและข้อห้ามที่สืบทอดต่อกันมา ซึ่งในวันนี้จะพาไปดูกันว่ามีข้อห้ามอะไรบ้างไม่ควรปฏิบัติในวันตรุษจีน

1. ห้ามทำความสะอาดบ้านในวันตรุษจีน
ชาวจีนมีความเชื่อว่า การทำความสะอาดบ้าน และทิ้งขยะ ในวันตรุษจีนนั้น จะเป็นการการกวาดเอาโชคลาภ เงินทอง ออกไปจากบ้าน แม้ว่าบ้านในช่วงวันตรุษจีนจะสกปรกก็ตาม บางคนที่จำเป็นจะต้องทำความสะอาดบ้าน ก็จะเพียงกวาดเศษฝุ่นไปไว้ที่มุมบ้าน แล้วค่อยเอาเศษฝุ่นนั้นไปทิ้งในวันต่อไป ดังนั้น วันตรุษจีน จึงไม่ค่อยมีคนทำความสะอาดบ้าน แต่จะไปทำความสะอาดกันหนึ่งก่อนวันตรุษจีน เพื่อที่จะให้บ้านสะอาดรับปีใหม่ และใช้บ้านในการต้อนรับแขกที่จะมาเยี่ยมเยียนอีกทางหนึ่ง

2. ห้ามสระผมหรือตัดผม
ชาวจีนจะไม่นิยมสระผมหรือตัดผมกันในวันตรุษจีน หรือบางคนก็จะไม่สระผม 3 วันหลังจากวันตรุษจีน เนื่องจากคำว่า ผม เป็นคำพ้องเสียงและพ้องรูปกับคำว่า มั่งคั่ง ดังนั้น การสระหรือตัดผมในวันตรุษจีน จึงเหมือนกับการนำความมั่งคั่งออกไป

3. ห้ามพูดคำหยาบและทะเลาะเบาะแว้ง
ในวันตรุษจีน คนจีนจะงดพูดคำหยาบและสิ่งที่ไม่ดี รวมไปถึงการพูดถึงความตายหรือผี เนื่องจากเชื่อว่า การพูดสิ่งที่ไม่ดีในวันนี้ จะนำความโชคร้ายมาให้ตลอดทั้งปี รวมไปถึงการที่ไม่พูดถึงเลข 4 เนื่องจากเลข 4 ในภาษาจีน ออกเสียงคล้ายกับคำว่า ตาย ดังนั้น หลาย ๆ คนจึงพยายามไม่ใช้หรือไม่พูดอะไรที่เกี่้ยวข้องกับเลข 4

คนจีนมักจะไม่กินโจ๊กในตอนเช้าของวันตรุษจีน เนื่องจากเชื่อว่า คนจนคือคนที่มักจะกินโจ๊กในตอนเช้า ดังนั้น การกินโจ๊กในตอนเช้าของวันตรุษจีนจึงเหมือนกับการขัดขวางไม่ให้ตัวเองร่ำรวย และทำตัวเหมือนคนจน ทั้งนี้ ยังรวมไปถึงการไม่กินเนื้อสัตว์ด้วย เนื่องจากเชื่อว่า เทพเจ้าที่ลงมาในตอนเช้าของวันตรุษจีนนั้นเป็นมังสวิรัติ

5. ห้ามซักผ้าในวันตรุษจีน
คนจีนเชื่อว่า เทพเจ้าแห่งน้ำเกิดในวันตรุษจีน ดังนั้น การซักผ้าในวันตรุษจีนจึงเปรียบเสมือนการลบหลู่ท่าน

6. ห้ามใส่ชุดขาวดำ
เสื้อผ้าที่เป็นสีขาวดำ เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของความตาย ดังนั้น การสวมเสื้อผ้าสีขาวดำในวันนี้จึงหมายถึงลางร้าย คนจีนจึงมักสวมเสื้อผ้าสีแดงกันเป็นส่วนใหญ่ เนื่องจากเชื่อว่า สีแดงคือสีที่จะนำความโชคดีมาให้

7. ห้ามให้ยืมเงิน
คนจีนบางคนอาจจะหมายรวมการที่ไม่ให้ยืมสิ่งของต่าง ๆ นอกเหนือไปจากเงินแล้ว ซึ่งมีความเชื่อที่ว่า การให้ยืมเงินในวันนี้จะทำให้ทั้งปีมีคนเข้ามาขอยืมเงินตลอด รวมไปถึง หากใครที่ติดเงินใครไว้ ก็ควรที่จะคืนเงินก่อนวันตรุษจีน เพราะเชื่อกันว่า หากติดเงินใครในวันตรุษจีนแล้ว คน ๆ นั้นก็จะมีหนี้สินตลอดปีไม่จบไม่สิ้น

8. ห้ามทำของแตก
คนจีนเชื่อกันว่า การทำสิ่งของแตก เช่น ทำแก้วแตก ทำจานแตก หรือทำกระจกแตก ในวันตรุษจีนนั้น จะหมายถึงลางร้ายที่บอกว่าครอบครัวจะแตกแยก หรือมีคนเสียชีวิตในครอบครัว ดังนั้นในวันนี้ จึงควรระมัดระวังเป็นพิเศษไม่ให้สิ่งของในบ้านแตกหรือชำรุดเสียหาย แต่หากทำของแตกโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ ก็มีวิธีการแก้เคล็ดโดยการพูดว่า "luo di ka hua" ที่แปลว่า ดอกไม้จะเบ่งบานเมื่อตกลงสู่พื้น

9. ห้ามซื้อรองเท้าใหม่
คนจีนจะถือคติที่ว่า จะไม่ซื้อรองเท้าใหม่ในเดือนแรกของวันตรุษจีน เนื่องจากคำว่า รองเท้า ในภาษาจีนออกเสียงว่า Hai ซึ่งคำว่า Hai นี้ มีเสียงคล้ายกับการถอนหายใจ ซึ่งชาวจีนเชื่อว่า นั่นเป็นสัญญาณของการเริ่มต้นปีที่ไม่ดี
